Sunbrella

Nothing stands up to weather and wear better than Sunbrella® fabric. It's the original solution-dyed acrylic fabric for indoor/outdoor use and has been the best-selling acrylic awning and boat fabric in America for over 30 years. No wonder Sunbrella furniture fabric with a limited three-year warranty has been used on more casual furniture than any other acrylic fabric. Its colors last and last, and Sunbrella resists mildew and won't trap heat, staying fresh and comfortable, which means when you choose furniture that uses Sunbrella, you can relax, knowing the fabric will stand the test of time.

When choosing a fabric for outdoor furniture, style and color usually come first. That's why Sunbrella offers you over 70 to choose from. That's more than any other solution-dyed acrylic fabric. And with so many fabric choices, you can mix and match to coordinate with awnings, umbrellas and even architectural elements. Sunbrella also offers you the comfort of owning the most durable outdoor fabric available. Our colors stay vibrant because they're locked into the fibers of the fabric. Therefore, they resist fading even after years of exposure to sun, wind and rain. So if you're going to invest in outdoor furniture, don't accept an imitation or substitute to Sunbrella furniture fabric.

AMOCO / OLEFIN SR
Unrivaled Styling and Color Possibilities

This performance fiber features all the qualities required of a stylish outdoor fabric. Whether the choice of looks is solids, stripes, linens or jacquards, colors stay vibrant because they are "locked" into the fiber through a process known as "solution dyeing," which makes the color an integral part of the fiber. So, it resists fading and degradation from the sun. The fiber's inherent abrasion resistance also helps it stand up to rigorous use.

Resists FadingGreat looks and styling aside, what makes Olefin SR ideal for outdoor use is the fiber's outstanding ultraviolet sunlight resistant properties. Thanks to special UV inhibitors and years of field testing, fabrics engineered from Amoco's Olefin SR fibers retain their original color, luxurious look and feel after prolonged use and exposure to sunlight. It's the same proprietary technology used in "critical" automotive applications that see excessive sunlight.

Cleans Easily Because fabrics made with Amoco's Olefin SR fiber are inherently stain and mildew resistant, there is no need for topical stain treatment. Fabrics possess built-in stain and soil release characteristics for easy maintenance. Spills are wiped off the fabric with ease, and most stains are easily removed by cleaning with detergent and water.
