Highest rated resistance to corrosion and stress cracking.
Welds are full circumference wrap around each joint to ensure integrity of frames.
Welded with state of the art pulsed equipment to ensure penetration, strength, and cosmetic appeal.

FABRICS
Available in a variety of acrylics and coated polyesters.
Designed for function, style and longevity in outdoor environments.
A 1.5 ounce density foam core with polyester wrap is used inside cushions for comfort and shape retention.

FINISH
Powder coated to provide durable finish.
Phosphate undercoating provides an outstanding powder coat adhesion.
Powder coat is electrostatically charged to the frame and maintained at 2.5 to 3.0 mils cure thickness.
UV inhibitors added to powder coat formulation for maximum color retention.

SLINGS
Sling channel shape provides lumbar support for seating units.

STRAPS
Made of 100% virgin vinyl.
Formulated with built-in mildew inhibitors and ultraviolet stabilizers to inhibit fading.
